Travis and his wife, Renee, plunged into the small business world in 2005 when they established LCS Heating & Cooling. Travis attended Ivy Tech State College and has over 20 years experience in the HVAC industry. Among others, he holds his Marion County License, Refrigeration License and Flexible Gas Line Certification. Travis especially enjoys solving homeowner comfort issues with creative and unique HVAC solutions.
Travis and Renee have been married for 18 years. They love spending time with their 6 year old pups, Timmy & Sofie. You may also see Travis on the trails of Ft. Ben State Park mountain biking or trail running. When it's time to relax, he enjoys craft beer and is happy to support our local breweries.
Heading up the accounting and marketing sides of the company, Renee loves the challenge of being a small business owner. Over the years, she has learned quite a bit from Travis, the technicians and installers, and takes pride in being able to talk to homeowners about their HVAC needs.
Renee holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Therapy from Indiana University Ft. Wayne. Quoting her father, Renee values "Work hard, then play hard." She enjoys yoga and many types of exercise, traveling, scuba diving, reading and shopping.
Gretchen heads up the service side of LCS. Among many other things, she handles customer phone calls, scheduling and invoicing in the LCS office. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from IUPUI and has two years experience working in Human Resources at Camp Atterbury. Her sunny personality, attention to detail and focus on customer service makes Gretchen an absolute pleasure to have in the LCS office!
Gretchen has two kids and three dogs that keep her quite busy! She also enjoys refinishing old furniture, riding motorcycles and taking much needed naps!
Samantha heads up the installation side of LCS. She joined LCS after substitute teaching and teaching pre-school for 7 years. She enjoys problem-solving (her favorite game is Tetris!) and is a whiz with technology and software programs.
Samantha loves family time outside of work! She has three children and a Rottweiler/Lab that she rescued a couple of years ago. She coaches her daughter's softball team, loves to read and goes camping most weekends in the summer!
Travis is a Comfort Consultant with LCS. Travis has experience in both installation and service in the HVAC industry. He really enjoys the challenge of finding the best replacement or comfort solution for his customers. Travis is definitely a "people-person" so enjoys the time with homeowners!
Travis and his wife, Elizabeth, have five children and a dog named Gunner. Travis spends much of his time with his family. However, he still enjoys the occasional day of fishing or hunting!
Mark is the LCS Service Manager. Prior to joining the LCS team, Mark worked at Lennox Industries. He says his place is definitely in the field as he loves working with people and teaching others! We often hear from customers that "he's a hoot!"
Mark does enjoy his work but also enjoys time off with his wife of 23 years and his 2 sons. Their dog Twiggy completes the family. When the weather's right, you may also see Mark on the golf course or out tinkering with his cars.
Tim is a Service Technician with LCS. He's been in the industry for 23 years. Tim loves that this industry has been "hands-on" since day one! There's never a boring day!
Tim is a movie nut! Challenge him with a little movie trivia next time you see him! He also loves to camp and go to car shows.
Tyler is a Maintenance Technician with LCS. He started his career in the auto industry and later transitioned into HVAC. Tyler enjoys working on furnaces and air conditioners, meeting LCS customers and talking to them about the condition and efficiency of their systems!
His passion for working on machines and equipment is evident, as that's one of his hobbies too! He enjoys modifying and (legally!) drag racing Mustangs, especially his Boss 302. In the summer months, you'll also see Tyler and his wife, Lauren, at Ft Ben and Eagle Creek Parks walking their two pit bull rescues, Monty and Otto.
Ryan is a Maintenance Technician with LCS. He started with LCS as an apprentice in HVAC Installation. He is a social person so enjoys seeing several homeowners each day! Ryan loves comfort and technology so you'll often hear him talking about humidifiers, dehumidifiers, WiFi thermostats and UV lights!
Outside of work, Ryan loves to rock climb. You'll not only see him indoor rock climbing, but outdoors too!
Rick joined LCS in 2014. Coming from a position in which he worked primarily indoors, he loves being back outside. You might even catch him wearing short sleeves and a vest on what most of us would consider a chilly day! In the past year, Rick has been talking quite a bit about retirement! As he moves toward "semi-retirement," Rick has transitioned into a Parts Runner position. He makes sure the technicians and installers have what they need to keep the jobs running smoothly!
Rick and his wife, Joyce, have been married for 43 years. Rick has two daughters (Renee is one!) and a 8-year old Weimaraner. In his spare time, he enjoys auto mechanics, golf, target shooting and bicycling.
John joined LCS in 2010. He is a graduate of Ivy Tech State College and has 19 years experience in the HVAC industry. He is a Lead Installer with LCS and also enjoys the challenge of HVAC design in new construction homes.

Dylan is a Lead Installer with LCS. He is a graduate of Ivy Tech State College. Dylan enjoys the "before and after" of a new install! He is a very patient person so does a great job teaching others install skills. In addition to install, Dylan also performs annual maintenance service and on-call repair service.
Dylan is a family man, so spends his time with his fiancee Cori, daughter Dixie, son Connor, and beagle, Maggie. He gets lots of cuddles from Dixie and Connor when he gets home from work! He also enjoys hunting, horses and fishing in the great outdoors.
Chris is an installer with LCS. He attended Ivy Tech State College. Chris loves to learn and loves to teach others. He takes pride in his work and loves showing homeowners their new comfort systems! While he takes his work very seriously, he also has a great sense of humor, so keeps the LCS team laughing! In addition to install, Chris also performs annual maintenance service and on-call repair service.
Outside of work, you'll find Chris spending time with his fiancee, Briana. He's pretty handy, so he also completes lots of projects around his house. When it's time to relax, he enjoys sampling some fine Kentucky bourbon!
Aaron is an Installer with LCS. His background is in electrical work and construction so HVAC was a natural transition! He loves tearing out the old and installing the new!
Outside of work, Aaron spends most of his time with his girlfriend Caili and their two year old son, Waylon. They love being outdoors so a nice escape is camping with his family! Aaron also likes to fish, hunt and ride quads.
Mijail is an Installer with LCS. Prior to a career in HVAC, he was a University Career Naval Engineer in Cuba. He later transitioned into HVAC and joined LCS after moving to the United States a few years ago.
Outside of work, Mijail loves baseball! He plays and watches as much as he can! He also travels back to Cuba each year to visit his family.
Wesley is an Installer with LCS. Prior to his HVAC career, Wes was a factory supervisor. He transitioned into the HVAC industry because he loves being outdoors, loves working on equipment and enjoys socializing with people! Wes cares about the jobs "being done right."
After hours, Wes is a tee ball coach for his son's baseball team! He enjoys road trips on his motorcycle, boating, fishing and as much time as possible at the ocean!
Minnie joined the team in January 2015 when LCS adopted her from FACE Spay/Neuter Clinic in Indianapolis. Minnie enjoys sitting in on weekly team meetings, greeting the guys after a long day, "helping" Gretchen and Samantha by scooting paperwork, pens and paperclips around and catching flies. She tends to be a little bossy so gets everyone's attention pretty quickly! She has Travis wrapped around her thumb (that's right, she has thumbs!) as he even pointed the air vent so she can bask in the heat when it's cold out.
