Energy Savings

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of savings!

relaxWhy preventive maintenance? Just as you maintain your car with oil changes and tire rotations, your heating and cooling system needs to be cleaned and checked before the extreme temperatures hit. A dirty system and/or dirty filter may result in the system not operating properly. It may also not run as efficiently has it could, resulting in higher utility bills. It's also important to be aware of the condition of the equipment. If a part in the furnace or air conditioner is close to being out of range, we will make you aware of that. Now you have the choice to be pro-active so all parts are in a normal operating range. Preventive maintenance may save you a service call and the inconvenience of being without heating or cooling during the year!

Our Residential Energy Savings Plan (ESP) is designed to provide maximum efficiency at a minimum cost! The ESP provides one annual heating and one annual cooling tune-up. Additional benefits to the plan include: $10 OFF Service Call, 15% OFF Repairs, 15% OFF Indoor Air Quality Products & Accessories and Discounted After Hours Rates!
